109a High Street, Godalming Surrey. GU7 1AQ
The Museum records
the history of a quiet country town with many traces of a rich industrial
past, notably in cloth making and knitting. It was also the first town in
the world to have a public electricity supply. Come and see our new
display commemorating our local hero Jack Philips, radio operator on the
Titanic during her ill-fated maiden voyage, and see some memorabilia of
the ship, kindly lent by one of our volunteers.
